"When Xpress Software installed their biometric module for employee verification
I was skeptical at first. But after changing system rules to our 2 shift manufacturing rules,
we completely eliminated the need for one dedicated person entering all time cards data for payroll.
The nicest thing about the system is email notifications. I get warnings if somebody
is late 3 times in last 2 weeks or late more than 1 hour or anything else we want to track.
And we completely eliminated "buddy punching" (when one person punched in for another). Fortunately,
